“I was born and raised in the Mekong Delta – a land of vast fields and peaceful rivers. In my childhood memories, after the first rains, the family eagerly searched for a special gift from nature – termite mushrooms.”

Natural termite mushrooms have become increasingly scarce. The season is short, yields are low, and completely nature-dependent. I kept asking: “Is there a way for everyone to enjoy this precious mushroom year-round while keeping its unique flavor?”

As a tech builder, I began researching this unique species. Reading hundreds of documents, testing dozens of models, and failing many times... But passion and love for my homeland kept me going.
